Our Commercial Constructions involve completed building projects such duplexes, terrace houses, town houses, blocks of flats, shopping centres, office buildings either for selling or leasing. Some of which had been done on JV arrangements.
Residential Construction
From site acquisition to foundation trenches to finishes, Akmodels is equipped with a full line equipment solutions for residential construction market and with excellent landscaping.
Structure Steels works
We do have steel fabrication shop for trusses and stanchions where clients’ full range desires are met to specifications.
Aesthetic Refurbishment
There’s a good chance that an interior designer played an important role in the design and layout of that space. We’re responsible for designing spaces that not only look great, but function the way clients need them to, and in a safe manner.
